03691206 MCCET-2991 2018.12.1 ,2,3 2018.12.5 MultiGroup creating redundant group clips that contain only one clip.

In the video you can see that after Multi-Grouping, single-clip group clips of slates 17a through 17d are generated. These clips are redundant and must be deleted.

2018.12.5 TBF 2018.12.5 fixed MCCET-2991 bug but introduced a new bug: clips in group clip not ordered consistently in a controllable manner the way they were in every version of Avid previously.


New screen recording link below shows the first clip 17-1B.Grp.02 is grouped with the B camera first even though 17-1B is sorted in the second position after 17-1A.
