VisualEditor
VisualEditor can't be installed if your internet host provider doesn't support Parsoid because it is a shared server and Parsoid runs as a daemon.
Cite Tweet
There is no matching template page on WikiMedia for Wikipedia's Cite Tweet. However, some WikiMedia pages are able to use the Cite Tweet function, even if their Version page makes now mention of it, such as:
